Important Notice to CEPALCO Customers

Subject: Scheduled NGCP Power Interruption on Saturday, January 30, 2010

The Cagayan Electric Power & Light Co., Inc. (CEPALCO) would like to inform all customers that the NATIONAL GRID CORPORATION OF THE PHILIPPINES [NGCP] has advised CEPALCO that power supply will be interrupted on January 30, 2010 as shown below:

Reasons:

THE NATIONAL GRID CORPORATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (NGCP) WILL RECONFIGURE THEIR APLAYA SUBSTATION TO N-1 SCHEME. NGCP WILL ALSO CONDUCT MAINTENANCE WORKS OF THEIR 100-MVA POWER TRANSFORMER AT THE SAME SUBSTATION.

3:00 AM – 6:00 AM (3 Hours)

Affected Areas:

69-KV INDUSTRIAL/COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS

1. SWL Enterprises, Mohon, Tagoloan.

2. Resins Inc., Jasaan

3. Cargill Plant, Villanueva

B. Interruption Time:

3:00 AM – 3:30 AM (30 minutes) and

6:00 AM – 6:30 AM (30 minutes)

Affected Areas:

PORTION OF TAGOLOAN

1. Portion of Natumulan down to Casinglot, Tagoloan

2. Portion of Natumulan, greater Tagoloan proper, all the Barangays of Baluarte, Pulot, Sugbongcogon, and Gracia, Tagoloan.

3. All the Barangays of Sta. Cruz, Mohon, Sta. Ana, and Sto. Rosario, Tagoloan including Kimaya, Villanueva.

COGON, AGORA AND LIMKETKAI AREAS

1. Portion of Lapasan-Camaman-an road from Recto Ave. towards Limketkai Commercial Center including Grand Caprice Restaurant.

2. All of Osmeña St. and portion of Cogon Market Area including Roxas St. towards portion of JR Borja St .

3. Agora Market area including Gaabucayan St .

ALL THE MUNICIPALITIES AND BARANGAYS OF VILLANUEVA AND JASAAN

ALL THE BARANGAYS OF BUGO, PUERTO, TIN-AO, AGUSAN, TABLON, BALOY, CUGMAN, GUSA, AND GREATER PORTION OF LAPASAN

UPPER GUSA, INDAHAG, MALASAG, FS CATANICO AND BALUBAL

DMPI PLANTATION , MENZI AGRI, ETC..

Power will however be restored immediately without further notice

when NGCP works are completed earlier than scheduled.
